Where does DARLU deliver?+
We currently deliver within Sri Lanka only. International shipping is not available yet, but we may introduce it in the future.
How long will my order take to arrive?+
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery normally takes 1-3 business days for Colombo and suburbs, and 2-5 business days for other regions in Sri Lanka.
How do I pay for my order?+
Checkout currently uses bank transfer. After placing your order, you will see the bank details and your order number. Use the order number as the payment reference, then upload your payment slip on the confirmation screen.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We can help with changes or cancellations before the order is dispatched, but once it has been handed to the courier, changes may not be possible.
What is your return policy?+
Returns are handled according to our returns and refunds policy. Items should be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging. Swimwear must meet hygiene requirements to be eligible.
How do I choose the right size?+
Use our size guide to compare your measurements before ordering. If you are between sizes or unsure about fit, contact customer care and we will help you choose.
How should I care for my swimwear?+
Rinse in cool fresh water after each wear, hand wash gently with mild detergent, and dry flat away from direct sunlight. Avoid wringing, bleach, machine washing, and tumble drying.
