This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed with DARLU & CO. (PVT) LTD ("DARLU," "we," "our," or "us") are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with DARLU, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Locations

We currently deliver within Sri Lanka only. International shipping is not available at this time but may be introduced in the future.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times within Sri Lanka are as follows:

• Colombo & suburbs: 1–3 business days
• Other regions: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout or communicated at the time of order confirmation for WhatsApp orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations within Sri Lanka. Customers are requested to ensure availability at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Delivery Issues

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, the order may be returned to us. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

Changes & Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be made as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Responsibility & Risk

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier service. However, we will assist you in resolving delivery-related issues where reasonably possible.
